Buying a Bed

In Melbourne if I buy a bed I can try before I buy. Mattress try outs are essential and encouraged at all the big bed stores. Not so much here in Morocco. I bought my mattresses from a supermarket here, no trial by sprawling on offer. I chose by price and luckily it all worked out. But if you venture further afield you can buy/haggle literally from the back of a truck with a possibility to try. I passed these ‘outlets’ on the way to lunch and then by the time I returned the ‘salesmen’ were all having a midday snooze on the displayed goods. Maybe this makes them secondhand and you can bargain for a lower price !
