Mum !!!

Dinner tonight with my mum who will be 94 soon...chicken stuffed with spinach and ricotta, broccoli, pumpkin and potatoes . I do nothing...she cooks, serves, clears and washes up....I do offer my help but she refuses. But at that age, she has her systems in place and potters happily. Yesterday when I arrived at her house, she was rolling out shortbread !

There’s No Place Like Cake That’s a saying close to my heart and who doesn’t want a Unicorn Milkshake cupcake. I mean really how could anyone turn down this exciting culinary fun purple food experience !
