Bivouac Lahmada

The Sahara Desert is vast, stark, enormous, harsh, unforgiving, isolated and I love it. Of course I don't want to be alone in it but I am attracted to the extreme force of nature that it represents. It's quite shocking to witness the reality of how Nomads live, of how tough it is for the tourism workers to eke out a living, of how one sandstorm can completely disorientate and of how when needed we can live device free....even if only for 48 hours !!
