I Learned Something New

There are so many very cute babies in India and I thought I would explain about the black dots on their faces. I had no idea what they meant and had never come across it before. They are put on the baby to ward off bad and dark spirits. The parents mark their baby in this fashion to make it look ugly so the evil eyes are not attracted to it. It's another interesting aspect of Indian culture.
