As the depths of the Moroccan winter close in upon me, my thoughts turn to the long Australian summer holidays that are about to start for my friends and family. Beaches, backyard bbqs, bikinis (for some) and bare feet......ah, vicarious living for me as I face being bundled up in boots, beanies and blankets !!!
