I go to school twice a week and take a language class. This is in the vain hope I will get some fluency in the local Arabic, Darija. I love the class and also love the cafe and salon area that is attached to Creative Lab. It is very contemporary and wide open to the street. I try to arrive a bit earlier than the designated 12.30 to enjoy a pre class nuss nuss. This is like a small latte, served in a glass. Then it's onwards and upwards via the glass stairs to the classroom. I think poor Salah our teacher needs something stronger than coffee after an hour of the confusion that reigns, trying to teach "older brains' a complex dialect.
