Green Eggs and Ham

I am currently enjoying a glorious variation on the above. I never want to eat a green egg and ham is hard to locate in Morocco. So it's green cheese and bread for me. The bread is so wonderful in Morocco and I bought a small piece of cheese home with me from Germany. A to die for fusion has been created. It is wasabi cheese, quite green in colour and sharp and horseradish-y in flavour. Of course retrospectively I should have staggered home lugging the entire wheel instead of the very restrained and conservative sized piece I purchased. Now I am having to ration myself.
