Today I went with a lovely friend S to have lunch at La Cuisine de Mona. It is a tiny bit hidden away and I probably would not have found it on my own. It has a little courtyard and we sat in the weak winter sunshine and talked non stop, sharing experiences, as she has a job similar to mine. We each had a vegetarian platter of dips and salads followed by little cups of Lebanese coffee.
Classic dips and salads came with pita bread. Generous serves too. I brought home their menu and on turning it over made a very worthwhile discovery. They do take away with free delivery !!
Yay for takeaway and free delivery! Your post reminds me that I need to make another batch of hummus :-)

I love the dateballs! And the lunch... Your lunch with the staff looks and sounds delicious - except for the chilies. We're going to have to talk about that. I may be living on pita while I'm there LOL. And the carpets are tempting..... So much, sigh.....
