Dealing with Customs & Fedex GRRRRRR !!

I paid the above company an exorbitant price to ship a box of personal belongings to me - door to door. The box has arrived in Casablanca and naturally there is a customs tariff to be paid but apparently I have to go in person with passport in hand to pay and collect the 20 kg box. Doesn't sound like a door to door service to me. I am happy to pay the tariff, I expected it but I am not happy to sort out the logistics of collection given that I am about a 3 hour drive away with no car. My box and I may be on the train !!!

Better check how long they are willing to hang onto it, otherwise it could end up at MY door instead!
