Yesterday I had reason to visit the Apple store for a minor issue with my laptop. I made the appointment for the Genius Bar at 3.30.I checked in with one of the Apple minions, of which there are dozens, all wearing replica Tee shirts so they are easily recognized. I sat on a stool, waited 2 minutes, was greeted impeccably and proceeded to discuss my issues. The laptop vanished, the mouse pad was cleaned out and I was on my way. No fee . Apple have got it right !!!!
That's how customer service should be!
