Spring means summer is on it's way but it also means sneezing and sniffing and suffering. Hayfever afflicts so many of us it seems. I spent most of my life scott free then suddenly 5 years ago I was struck down. Every September the pollens in the air create problems for me day and night. Yes, even at night I wake up sneezing and snuffling. Originally I thought my housekeeping was at fault and dust was the issue but now I know it is the pollens and airbourne thingys that cause my eyes to puff and water amongst other attractive symptons. I have resorted to drugs.
I don't have them bad, but I do notice a change both spring and fall. That and all the mystifying insect bites all over my body in fall.

I luckily don't have hay fever, but my hubby does. It's not pretty. His developed about 7 years ago. Hope yours isn't too bad - keep those pills & Kleenex handy!
