If I had to get technical then this would be a combination of Turkey Tetrazzini and Turkey Stroganoff. Luckily I am not one much for technicalities and recipes like rules are made to be broken. Anyway this delicious little dinner came about as I purchased some ground turkey. I rarely see this at the supermarket and as we eat so little meat I don't really seek it out. But I saw it and it looked lovely and lean. I browned it and added a heap of stir fried mixed vegetables and bound it all together in my rustic fashion with a little sour cream and added some whole cherry tomatoes fresh from the garden. It tasted excellent, a true embodiement of the word potluck !!
It's fun to experiment in the kitchen :-) This dish does look and sound a little bit stroganoff-ish - and healthy!

I'd like that.... I agree - recipes are just ideas LOL
I've never seen ground turkey or chicken here. And I can't be bothered to do it myself.
