Great Alternative

This delicious pizza has a cornmeal or polenta base. We saw it at the market and my daughter with various food intolerances bought it and we all thought it looked and tasted fabulous. The polenta was quite firm and held together well which is often not the case as I have seen and tried a fair bit of polenta that verges on the mushy. I love this as a gluten free option.
