Diced root vegetables go brilliantly with tandoori flavours I discovered last night. I put my chooped sweet potatoes with a little oil and tandoori paste [supermarket version in a jar] and then baked them in the oven till crispy . They were incredible and no one could stop eating them straight from the baking dish. So I did a second round with diced potoato, pumkin and carrot and this combo was just as good. Please everyone try this out !!!
Mmmmm, sounds like a yummy way to prepare sweet potatoes! I'll have to try this :-)
