On a Wednesday my alarm goes off at 5 past 5 - am, that is - I struggle out of bed and head to the gym for a spin class. The class starts at 1/4 to 6 and goes for an hour. It is always packed, no spare bikes to bee seen and it is one tough endurance test, sweat and pain to the max. But once that hour is over then come the rewards. Mine today was a bowl of porridge with a not so teeny sprinkling of brown sugar and cinnamon and every mouthful was marvellous.
My favourite oatmeal is the recipe for baked oatmeal that I got from you :-) I make it a lot and change it up a bit every time depending on what I have handy. Sometimes I skip the fruit and just make it plain.
FYI, I could NOT get up at 5:05 to go to the gym!
