Moroccan Chickpea Dip

I have not been to Morocco but would love to - it's on the list. I am unsure how representative of Moroccan cuisine this dip is, but it was delicious and easy to do. The basis of it was a can of chickpeas and a cup of coriander leaves blitzed together . It went down really well smeared on a very un-Moroccan rice cake for a quick lunch.
