During the week I cam home to the above luscious cake. Red Velvet with a slathering of cream cheese style frosting atop and in the middle and what's more it was in a heart shape. Made by a clever cooking daughter !! It had the most even and moist texture, perfect crumb I think baking afficionodos would say !! The only afficionados here are the ones who have perfected the art of tasting and chomping and they were in heaven.
