Toying with Tapioca

I spent a while taking photos of this tapioca. It is such a bland looking dessert and I was making an effort to see if I could make it look more interesting. It tasted great but I am a such a lover of all starches whether it is oatmeal, polenta, rice, pasta, semolina etc. I think they appeal as they are so, so versatile and that creates a challenge for me as a cook . Deliciously palatable results can be hopefully created which of course I like to share and eat.
