It would seem that every country has it's own version of bread pudding. This one hails from Ticino, Switzerland. I think that the only reason this one is Swiss is that it is chocolate but once again it is really just another variation on a theme, a theme close to my heart but a variation not so good for my heart. I doubt it would get the tick of approval from the heart foundation especially with the chocolate cream that accompanied it !! Artery clogging to the max I suspect but delicious anyway.
