My dogs are truly indoor dogs especially over winter. They get a big daily walk - at least 30 or 40 minutes, often racing after the tennis ball at the park then they just hunker down and snuggle in for the rest of the day. They go outside, following me if I go out into the garden for any reason but on the whole they snooze the day away. They seek out soft warm spots, mainly to my chagrin, the beds belonging to humans, despite having their own beds. I shut my door when I am at work but when I come home I often catch the Cocopop curled up, totally without guilt on my bed or the bed of S, her real mother. What's more there is no hopping off in a hurry, the eyes just shut tighter !!
