Here is my risotto with all my lovely herbs scattered through it. This is the recipe that called for truffle oil and I of course had none. I did use lovely whole champignons and it tasted fabulous. I cannot imagine that truffle oil would have altered it that much. Maybe I am a total plebeian when it comes to such delicacies. What a confession !
