this is what I made today - mine of course is the rustic version containing lemon pips and is still in the pot waiting to go into a bowl. This lemon curd will go on toast tomorrow. it was easy to do and tastes divine.

Did you know I love lemons??? Not sure how I'm supposed to eat lemon curd,but straight from the spoon works fine for me!
