Not a lot of progress !! Same old story with these tradesmen taking on too many jobs at once so everything gets strung out for days !! Luckily no animal escapees as yet !!
They promise it will be complete by 3 pm tomorrow - promises, promises !!
Kate, some years ago I was getting some fencing quotes for a fence that had to pass over the slightly protruding roots of a 100 year old tree. One contractor pointed out to me that, because the roots had pushed the ground up, the fence would have a corresponding hill at the top. When I suggested to him that perhaps it might be possible to trim those sheets so that the fence was of an even height his astonished reaction made it clear to me that this simple solution had not crossed his mind.
I got someone else to put the fence up!

OMG, I won't tell you how long it took to build our fence (months!) But that was a fence around our entire backyard with just hubby and me doing all the work, including digging the post rolls and rolling barrel after barrel of cement.
Hope the tradies keep their promise and you have your new fence up ASAP. Gotta keep all those animals safe!
