Ooey Gooey

Yes, it's ooey gooey chocolate pudding of the self saucing variety. So easy to make and way, way too easy to consume. I always make double the sauce so it is exceptionally ooey gooey and divine. I divide the batter into 2 baking dishes and put double sauce on each so we almost get more sauce than pudding. The sauce is my favourite bit as you can no doubt tell. Whilst it is not a pretty pudding and is hard to serve in an attractive non blob way, it would be way up there on my list of favourites. And this is one pudding that stands alone not needing my beloved whipped cream and one that can be eaten in any season either hot or cold. One fault with this recipe is that it never makes enough. Did anyone else grow up with the term 'FHB' meaning family hold back ?? Well, wild horses cannot hold my family back when it comes to this age old and much adored dessert.
