I baked these skinless, corn fed chicken fillets in a delicious sauce in the oven. No browning or fiddling necessary. The sauce is made in a pot on the stove top then poured over the fillets then into the oven. The fabulous sauce consists of tomato passata, sweet chlli sauce, brown sugar, seed mustard and soy sauce. You could add or subtract ingredients here to create your own version of my spicy, saucy baked chicken. YUM !!
