Take a delicious potato gratin casserole and enjoy its mustardy cheesiness for a couple of meals and then it becomes leftovers. What to do ?? Bring on some skinless franks, split them down the middle and stuff them with the yummy potato. Add more cheese on top if you so desire and bake in the oven. The leftovers are reincarnated and the hot diggetty dog really comes into its own. BBQ sauce on the side is a must !!

Yes do try it - very easy - you could use cheesy mashed potato or ratatouille or any type of pre cooked sausage - versatile plus !!!
