THIRD TIME LUCKY - NOT !!!!!
Yesterday I attempted to finalize the passport application and DO YOU KNOW WHAT - rejection again. The passport photos - a new lot - taken by a store who does this as their job - were rejected. I had paid for a professional service and still failed - what must one do !!!

I think they should make it longer - even 20 years - reward for endurance !

Mission completed successfully on fourth interview !! There is a lesson here for all future passport applicants - dont do it !!!

Take everything and lodge it at a different office. If there are still any genuine issues with the photos, I can recommend the BEST place to get new ones, they get magically flattering results every time and it is a cute place too. I have sent friends there as well as family and they can't believe the quality. Even people who wear glasses - you can see their eyes perfectly and clearly through the glass!
