I am a rice pudding lover. It just epitomizes comfort food, especially when laden with aromatic nutmeg and cinnamon and served warm. I could eat it 3 meals a day but the risk of me becoming the pudding would loom larger than ever. The rice pudding I made at the weekend was made with arborio rice and then cooked apple and spices stirred through. Maybe Mary Jane did not try this version !!
