What are your top ten pet peeves?

I haven't got 10 but my main one is people not taking responsibilty for their own actions, not being big enough to stand up and say the fault was theirs !!

I don't know about 10 of them, but one of the ones that really gets on my wick is when a restaurant menu has an elaborate description of a dish, but what is put in front of you is not as described.
I don't think there is any excuse for that, yet it happens a great deal!
