This is not what one envisions when we think of Japan is it ? Cherry blossoms, kimonos and sushi are more what comes to mind. But this is the wild, winter Japanese coastline, seen today by the snow bunny on her day off. Apparently this beach is popular with surfers though surely not at this time of year. To me it looks like it would be popular with polar bears and not much else.
