Look at the last - or nearly the last - of this glorious green silverbeet.

I have just been substituting silverbeet for spinach in loads of recipes to use up this wonderful healthy vegie that has grown so well.

The home-grown is extra nice, but I even went through a stage of substituting silver beet for spinach ALL the time because it is just so much easier to wash.
