I don't make any ! History has shown it is a pointless exercize for me personally. I will just keep on keeping on with my same old efforts, aiming each day to eat healthily and keep up my fitness level and after that let whatever happens happen. Now all the festivities have died down I have tried to get my cooking and eating back on track. I made a virtuous, no added sugar Baked Berry Oatmeal which provided great breakfasts over the week as I headed off to work, feeling like a cross patch because everyone else seems to be sleeping in, going to the sales or holidaying by the beach.
