A fail safe family pleaser !! Vanilla flecked custard and fruit is always delidious and can be eaten - well, in our family, anyway - for any meal !! Often I am lucky to get the custard into a bowl as there are people scooping from the pot before it even cools properly !!

Simple but delicious :-) My grandma used to make a great custard. I have her recipe, and I usually modify it and turn it into rice pudding.
Yep, Toby is our foster puppy :-) We've had him for a week so far - he can be a pain in the butt at times, but he's also super-cute and sweet :-)
