I love cereals - all sorts. They can be eaten at any time of day and on the go, which is part of their attraction. But also they are healthy, wholesome and good for you, full of vitamins and fibres and there are so many varieties that I don't get bored. Today I made cookies with weetbix as the main ingredient, just a bit of a change from my usual oatmeal cookie. They were fabulous, really delicious and sort of guilt free.
