It is a bit unusual for me to cook meat but I found a tempting recipe online and one that seemed a bit different as it steered me away for once from the usual Asian or Italian culinary path I normally follow. I do get stuck in a cooking rut . This was more an Australian meatball. In fact it was a burger recipe using minced pork and cheese designed for the BBQ. As always I personalized it and formed mini burgers and baked them in the oven. It is such a good recipe that size doesn't matter here one little bit.
