Not too much chocolate has been consumed here today but the day is still young !! If I do succumb I will not feel too bad about it as I went on a 12 km walk with the Cocopop just after breakfast.My walk took me along some main roads and busy shopping strips and I was surprised to see everything was open ,even supermarkets and newsagents. I am sure this hasn't always been the case but I certainly took advantage of it and bought coffee and hot cross buns as fuel for my long trek.
