This frozen yoghurt gelati is homemade and no ice cream maker required. A cup or more of your chosen berry, 2 cups of plain yoghurt, maple syrup to sweeten and juice of an orange or lemon are just whizzed up in the food processor. Pour into a lamingon tray and freeze for 2 hours then re beat up in food processor and re freeze for 2 or more hours or till you are so hot and flustered you need an icy cold treat. I used strawberries and the colour is pure fairy floss pink. Decorate as desired.
I don't have an ice cream maker (of course I also don't have fresh berries). Looks delicious; five me a few months....
