My daughter S was in the train and saw the flames and the live wires that fell across the train causing the grass fires. She was panicked at first and sent me lots of texts keeping me updated. Everyone including her had to move from the end carriages She was rescued by police finally, having to be lifted from the carriage as they were quite high up and not at a platform. She is safe now but what a scary end to the day.

Yikes! Scary for sure - good to hear that your daughter (and I assume all the other passengers) were safe in the end.
